Kristy has really pushed Loom on our team (whether we like it or not 😉) and it has been a game-changer in how we collaborate. We have used it with Thought Partners to help explain review needs, JLE has started using it to explain asks to the VD team, and we have used it to help explain tasks/helped needed without having to take time on a Google Meet. It has been SO helpful to how we work everday.
Why this matters
This has helped us be more efficient with our time and set team members up for success when asking for help.

From the small gestures in meetings to his ongoing recognition of others—lifting them up and making them feel valued—he elevates those around him. Ben is always the first to volunteer and the last to leave, often staying behind to lend a hand. He consistently prioritizes what's best for others, always putting the team ahead of himself.
