Custom Code Blocks with AI

Peter

The moment

Our Thought Partner wanted a way for learners to self-assess their confidence in different areas so they could identify how the learning material would benefit them. Inspired by Chase's Storyline work with Intuit content, I used ChatGPT and Gemini to craft an interactive confidence dial through a custom code block that would work on Google sites. We came up with a solution that the thought partner loves!

Why this matters

I fiddled around with HTML in an old Myspace page like the best of them, but that's about the extent of my coding experience. Now, with AI tools, Everbright can produce practical and helpful interactive content for websites, mobile experiences, and eLearning, in much less time and design labor (compared to Storyline, for instance).

Yoodli & The Language of Leadership

Rachel & Samara

The moment

The LAP Catalyst Conversations program assesses manager's learned capabilities through 3 months of programmed content (curated by Rachel and Samara). At each month's conclusion, participants demonstrate their capabilities through a curated conversation with AI Persona(s).

Why this matters

This represents a step forward at Everbright in incorporating AI at the implementation level, not just as an aid in design and development. The more we can find ways to infuse engaging AI tools into a learner's interaction with content, the more proactive and sticky the learning can become.

Data Visualized

Peter

The moment

Peter built this dashboard and truly showed off the power of Looker Studio. Utilizing multiple features, he showcased how lots of data can be compiled into a visually appealing and descriptive dashboard.

Why this matters

We are continuously looking for better ways to visualize data. This helped prove that it can be done well and that Everbright can use tools like this to better understand the work we do.

The Grand Marshall of the Pet Parades

Kristy

The moment

Kristy Louden is the creator of the now-monthly Pet (and Petels) Parade. What began as an organic “break” on a long week quickly became a cherished tradition. Kristy initiated the Pet Parade, and it immediately transformed the mood for the day for all of us. Today, this tradition is an integral part of Friday LIVE, serving as a monthly show-and-tell moment for our team.

Why this matters

Kristy recognized that our team needed a mental break and a positive reset to our workweek. She brought the team together in a way that was both needed and deeply appreciated at that moment.

Good Things Maestro

Autumn

The moment

Autumn DeGroot has introduced a wonderful new team tradition: the "Good Things Padlet," a weekly Monday reflection wall celebrating the positive moments teammates experienced over the weekend. This tradition started in GPod, and we truly appreciate Autumn for creating a space that helps our team connect on a more personal level.

Why this matters

This is a great example of an employee-owned culture and how a simple idea can evolve into a company-wide tradition. Thank you, Autumn, for helping us create a space for deeper connections and fostering a sense of community.

The Fleet in Ambiguity

Chase & Rachel

The moment

Chase and Rachel hosted our Q2 Quarterly Bash: Spring Break event. From a design perspective, they created one of the most creative quarterly Bashes to date. Their efforts—from innovative activities and graphic design to scripted delivery—elevated the Bash program to a new level.

Why this matters

By setting the bar each time we produce something—whether internally or externally—we elevate the standard for how future programs and events can look and feel.
