The Manager Journey Team
The moment
Recognition for a year‘s worth of work from our entire Manager Journey team, congratulated on the successful launch of an innovative learning program (MDS). We were a small part of a huge team that ensured a high level of quality learning and design across the board.
Why this matters
We made a name for ourselves as a company among other vendors within the Google ecosystem. This built trust among entire teams we recently met and strenghten bonds with those we work with everyday.

Director Amplifier pilot support
Everbright
The moment
Everbright supported Google in a new pilot program to support tech directors: A hybrid (in-person/virtual) learning experience on leading in the era of AI. PgM support helped keep the project on track and organized, from initial concepting through stakeholder interviews, research, launch, and post-pilot evaluation.
Why this matters
Although the pilot didn't result in an ongoing program, the information gathered will inform the direction of all future director learning experiences!

Otter-ly Adorable!
Aniké, Kellie, and Grace
The moment
We had a super fun project with Affirm this year that the VD team really knocked out of the park. We were able to run with their otter mascot idea and make it seriously SO cute. It was a great project that we got to get creative on with a tenured TP (Cassie).

Intellum Unlocked
Peter
The moment
Our Google thought partner, Rachel, requested that we use their LMS, Intellum, to create a landing page for LAP Catalyst, which would house all their self-paced resources and track participation. None of us has ever used Intellum before and Peter took the initiative to learn the platform and admin the program completely. It looks amazing!
Why this matters
The thought partner was delighted by the look and feel, and ease of use of the landing page/learning path. This knowledge will transfer to other workstreams within this project as well!
