Jess Schulte joined the HCC team in Q2, and when a last-minute need arose, she accepted the challenge without hesitation. Here are two highlights:
Creative Partnership: If you've had the opportunity to work with Jess, you know she is an absolute delight. With a heart of gold and a creative spirit, Jess takes personal ownership and pride in everything we produce for our HCCs. She genuinely cares about the communities we celebrate and fosters a positive, welcoming environment for all our panelists.
Efficiency: Jess constantly asks herself, "How can we do this better, smarter, faster?" when managing and producing programs. Her efforts have helped us reduce our production time significantly, cutting it in half month over month.
Why this matters
From a cultural perspective, you can't coach someone to develop empathy, passion, and heart. Jess's attitude and commitment embody our value of Winning Together. She dives right into tackling problems, often humbly elevating others along the way and rarely seeking credit herself.
From a business perspective, achieving efficiency without sacrificing quality is the guiding principle we strive for. Jess approaches decisions with both a business and a design mindset, balancing responsibility and creativity in everything she does.

Everbright was asked to create an example of what an LMS might look like for a new Manrrs initiative, SMART Academy. Chase stepped up and built a Google site that mimicked the look of an LMS landing page for the pitch conversation with Manrrs.

Chase went above and beyond and truly exceeded the TPs expectations. It allowed them to truly visualize what their initiative could be, and showcased what EVB can offer as a partner in this work.

Melissa Smith can be described in many ways: thoughtful, caring, hardworking, and a strong motivator of people and projects. She's quick to say yes and ensures accountability throughout the process.
