The moment
Chase jumped in and virtually facilitated the MANRRS 40 Summer Meeting. He facilitated an amazing program that Jess developed, and it went incredibly smoothly! He didn’t have a ton of prep time due to competing priorities with other TPs, but he did an amazing job. The program prepared us for next year’s conference and set us up for success.
Why this matters
MANRRS is one of our oldest Thought Partners, and their relationship is incredibly important to us at Everbright. Chase hadn’t worked with them previously, but did such a great job making them feel comfortable opening up about their experience and what this year’s theme means to them.

Sam & Kristy
The moment
Sam and Kristy successfully facilitated the Uncharted Space game at Area Lead College to uncover crucial insights into leadership and strategy. They expertly managed intense participant reactions, from excitement to frustration (wanting to change the rules, wanting to call a cease fire, etc!). Their facilitation was a model of Shine Brighter, demonstrating excellence by challenging and inspiring the Area Leads to push beyond their comfort zones for a truly memorable learning experience.
Why this matters
This activity built trust in a few ways. It helped the team immediately establish rapport with the Area Leads, laying a strong foundation for the week’s learning. It also reinforced our relationship with the Thought Partner by demonstrating success with the group, paving the way for future partnership. Finally, for the larger Everbright team, it created a documented success story to share with future facilitators.
