    Welcome to Q3 2023 Camp Venture! Our reception tonight is about meeting and connecting with teammates - many for the very first time! Enjoy an evening of meaningful conversations, good laughs, and, of course, good food and drink. We’re excited to begin the journey of connection, growth, and development with you all.

Tuesday

  • Today begins the official start of our journey at Camp Venture. Join us as we kick off our experience with some New Orleans flair and a whole lot of Studio 5 love. Join Kristy and Ben as we set the stage for the week and unpack how we’ll Explore, Connect, and Grow here in New Orleans!

  • A cornerstone of our Quarterly Ventures is beginning our week with Jesse Lee highlighting the state of the business, which includes celebrating our success and highlighting future business development endeavors.

  • Room 1: LPMs: Leading @ Studio 5: Create Clarity

    Leading @ Studio 5 is a program that has been designed to support managers in building and sharing knowledge and skills related to each of our four Manager Expectations: Create Clarity, Build Trust, Develop People, and Deliver Results.

    During this session, we dive into the first pillar of Leading @ Studio 5: Create Clarity.

    Room 2: LXDs: Building Relationships

    The first pillar of our Studio 5 Experience is our ability to build and maintain relationships - not only with our Thought Partners but internally as a team. Come unpack the foundation of building relationships: effective communication, trust-building, and conflict resolution.

    Room 3: VDD & S+M: Combined Working Session

    During this combined working session, the Sales + Marketing Team will join the Visual Design Team to connect on their 2023 shared priorities and use this time for ideation, planning, and development.

  • Our daily syncs serve as our wrap-up and closure to each day. This time is designed for us to further connect as individuals and includes elements of reflection, interactions, and updates on the proceeding day.

    Come join Melissa as we dive into a tasty close-out to Day 1 of Camp Venture.

  • This time is yours! Relax, reset, and recharge.

  • There is no better way to close out Day 1 of Camp Venture than by immersing ourselves in an iconic part of the culture and history of New Orleans.

    Since 1947, artists and craftsmen have designed and built the oldest and biggest parade floats and attractions for each Mardi Gras season, with over 500 floats built and decorated annually.

    During our Mardi Gras World tour, we’ll get an overview of the history of Mardi Gras in New Orleans before continuing through the float den, where the artists work year-round to build spectacular floats and props. We’ll never get this close to the floats while they’re rolling in Mardi Gras parades, and this is undoubtedly the only place to see how these fantastic pieces come to life each year. Together, we’ll see where the Mardi Gras magic is made!

    We’ll conclude our tour with a Mardi Gras Mask Making Workshop and dinner together as a team.

  • The Studio 5 Experience serves as the conduit that guides our expectations of how we show up in our roles and the process our Thought Partners are promised along their journey.

    Join Jesse as we explore the Studio 5 Experience in more depth through an interactive and explorative session on what makes Studio 5, Studio 5.

  • LXDs + LPMs: CSR Overview

    The foundation and science of sound ILT writing and facilitation delivery is rooted in three constructs: Context (what the learner needs to know), State (understanding the three behavior “states” - learners are always in thinking, feeling, doing); and, Result (how we get learners to where we want them).

    Building on the CSR Overview session, learn the unique S5 twist on up-leveling in-person and virtual facilitated workshops, programs, and events. This session will build on our CSR framework and the opportunity to practice these principles in facilitating Thought Partner meetings.

    Building on previous sessions of CSR, we will continue to practice writing engaging and effective instructor-led learning experiences that deliver results. Learn how to accurately tailor your writing to your audience, and explore the differences between writing a workshop and crafting a program.

    VDD & S+M: Combined Working Session (Marketing Collateral)

    During this combined working session, the Sales + Marketing Team will join the Visual Design Team to use this time for ideation, planning, and development and Studio 5 marketing collateral.

  • Our daily syncs serve as our wrap-up and closure to each day. This time is designed for us to further connect as individuals and includes elements of reflection, interactions, and updates on the proceeding day.

    Join Samara as we become influencers of Camp Venture and close out our day with some campfire stories.

    This workshop promises to equip us with the tools and techniques needed to articulate what Studio 5 represents, helping you secure those crucial Thought Partner connections and drive Studio 5 to even greater heights.

  • It has been an incredible journey at Camp Venture, and now it's time to wrap up our time together! Join Autumn and Camilla for our final moments, where we'll celebrate the knowledge gained, the connections forged, and the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.

  • It's time to revel in the essence of Camp Venture as we gather for our grand finale dinner! Join us for an unforgettable night of celebration at the iconic Galatoire’s, where we'll dine like true New Orleanians, savoring the city's rich culinary heritage.

    A perfect culmination of our time together, which will include some recognition and the announcement of the Golden Swan Award.
